After a busy weekend and I mean reaaaal busy ( worked the weekend six o clock shift and did a reporting job in between all of that). I was sleep and socially deprived. It was time to take the load off and have a drink under the Moscow sun. The place of choice was Swedish resturant in Pushkinskaya, SCANDANAVIA.
On a sunny day like we had on Sunday, it’s a popular spot, as you can sit outside on the open verandah/patio, trees around to offer a breeze when needed and share some Swedish and Russian dishes in a very expat-friendly atmosphere (the telephone was even answered in English). To be honest it’s the one place i’ve been to so far in Moscow, where I’m not reminded that I’m in Russia. Sometimes a girl needs to escape. The service is not the greatest, i waited for my fries the whole time we were there and they never showed up. The bill wasn’t too bad. Head out if you’re in Moscow, maybe i might see you there;)
