VICTORY WORDS ON A GYPSY CAB

The Moscow Victory Day Parade in Moscow’s Red Square Is held on the 9 May every year. Victory Day marks the end of World War II in Europe,, to commemorate the 67th anniversary of the capitulation of Nazi Germany in 1945.

The parade in Moscow marks the Soviet Union’s victory in the Great Patriotic War on the very day on the signing of the German act of capitulation, on the very midnight of May 9, 1945 (Russian time) (WIKI).

The parade was magnificent for those who saw it Live or on TV as I did. Because I was working that day, I didn’t get my own shots of the parade but seeing this gypsy car with some touching words on Victory day made my day. This is from a grandson to his grandpa.

THANK YOU GRANDFATHER FOR THE VICTORY TO BERLIN!
