FOREVER FRIENDS

Sasha my agent out here in Moscow, took me and the BF out for a trip around one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Moscow, in the Patriarch’s Ponds. You know I love anything cultural and hip. While making the rounds along the cobbled streets filled with small boutiques and “hipster/arty farty” shops we ended up at a cafe sweetly named Friends Forever.

It’s true that Moscow’s lifestyle can be crazy and beat and when you get some time to relax, you want somewhere at least peaceful (not everyday but often). So Forever Friends Cafe’s motto is exactly that, offering their customers peace, great food and ambience and a place to enjoy the beauty of a “moment”. The New York styled cafe chain was opened in December 2008 and has three shops. The one we visited in Patriarch Ponds Almost a year later, in September 2010, opened a third restaurant online at Patriarch’s Ponds, is in the house, where baked bread was once made for the royal family.

It’s deco is simple but chic, the air is fresh and there’s NO smoking! Which I loved, a nice change form the smoke filled bars and restaurant in the city. The menu is diverse from American baked dishes, breakfast, lunch and dinner is also available. They also have a little private room for a party of 8-10.

I enjoyed this place and every bite of my devils chocolate cake accompanied by my chilly Water melon, lemon and orange juice cocktail was so yummy!I had goosebumps. No doubt my new fav place.

Forever Friends Cafe: In the Patriarchal: weekdays from 08:00 to 23:00 , Weekend: 09:00 to 23:00
